Our Czech Pilsner is the pièce de résistance of our Brewmaster and Czech native, Tomas Schmidt. This flavourful yet thirst-quenching 4.8% ABV pilsner offers enticing peppery, floral and grassy Saaz hop flavours and aromatics balanced with Bohemian toasted malt undertones.

We have an extremely talented Czech Brewmaster, Tomas Schmidt, so it was only a matter of time before he brewed a traditional pilsner! We now give the reins to Tom, letting him flex his brewing muscles and pay homage to his homeland.

As is traditional in the Czech Republic, this complex pilsner pours clear with a light amber hue, frothy white head and boasts a dry and savoury finish. Na zdraví!
