With a legacy steeped in tales of prohibition-era intrigue, our site is rumored to have supplied whiskey to none other than Al Capone himself. Today, we honor this rich heritage by meticulously crafting high-quality, artisanal beers on-site, using water from the Moira River filtered through a sophisticated RO system for unparalleled freshness and flavor.

Wave - Pale Ale
A New England pale ale crafted to deliver complex hop characters of an IPA but with none of the bitterness. Hazy in appearance, with hop forward aromas and flavours of pineapple, grapefruit and stone fruit with herb and fresh-cut grass. The palate is smooth and silky with an aromatic hoppy finish. A great palate refresher.
Fire Wire - IPA
A New England Style IPA with a bright orange color and lots of haze. This IPA is single-hopped exclusively with Simcoe hops to showcase all the hop has to offer. Slightly dank with big notes of citrus pine. Despite its higher ABV it boasts bright juicy flavour, minimal bitterness with a soft and silky mouth feel from the wheat malt.
Ion - Lime Cerveza
A Mexican style lager designed with the patio in mind. Light, crisp and refreshing, it also packs a delightful lime punch on the nose and palette combined with a gentle malt backbone for a super drinkable summer thirst quencher. ABV 4%
Volt - Blackberry Sour
Loaded with blackberry and a generous amount of whole vanilla beans, this dry-hopped sour is defined by its upfront fruitiness, gentle tart body and deep, rich vanilla backbone. Sweet yet sour, perfect for a hot day! ABV 5%

Went on a whim Wednesday evening. First of all, the atmosphere is great and the place is beautiful. Decent beer choice and our server was prompt and helpful.
Stopped in for a bite to eat yesterday with my daughter and we ordered the smoked brisket bbq pizza and OMG it was one of the best pizzas I had.
I finally made my way to Signal Brewery after living in the area for 2+ years for a wedding, and it did not disappoint. It is such a beautiful venue and property.
