Our German-style Lager has a subtle sweetness coming from four types of malt. There is a pleasant aroma of noble hops leading to a crisp hoppy finish.
The caramel taste of Bedrock Lager gives way to subtle bitterness, so it works well with delicately herbed poultry. The crisp drink will cut through the meat and cleanse the palate between mouthfuls. With any seafood it scrubs the palate and leaves the flavour intact. Fish can be light but oily, so not only will it stand up to our lager, the contrast between the two will create a pleasing feeling on the tongue. And, our Bedrock Lager works well together with mild cheeses because of its clean, palate-cleansing qualities.
